The house is located very close to the marina and the yacht club with its bar. Access is by rue des ormes.
The beach is accessible on foot or better still by bike (almost no odds). Carteret Center is a 5 minute walk, 2 minutes by bike.
The accommodation is on the ground floor. On the marina side, on the first and second floors, two other gîtes are available for rental. The entrance aisle from rue des ormes is shared.
